Phyllis Ethel Bryant, 75, Brandon, SD, died peacefully, Sunday, November, 5, 2017, after a long battle with Leukemia, at the Dougherty Hospice Home in Sioux Falls.
A springtime service will be held at a later date.

Phyllis Ethel Ross was born November 4, 1942, to George Freeman and Estella (Wentworth Hamilton) Ross in Portland ME. She had several working skills in her life besides being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked as a CNA, MA, chamber maid, and a truck driver. Phyllis retired due to heath problems. Her hobbies were cards, Yahtzee and puzzles.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Robert Dupuis, Winthrop, ME, Brian (Kelly) McKenzie, Kansas City, MO, Craig (Dawn) McKenzie, Wildomar, CA, Terry Dupuis, Turner, ME, and Wendy McKenzie, Brandon, SD; siblings, Alfred Ross, Alaska, Raymond (Janice) Ross, Texas, Helen Wolfe, South Portland, ME, and Shirley Palmer, Oregon; twenty-seven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, George Freeman Estella (Wentworth Hamilton) Ross; three children, Harold McKenzie, Darlene McKenzie, and Edna Arhendt; one great-grandchild, Baby Schmidt; and nine siblings, Donald, Walter, Edward, Robert, Edna, Nelly, Mary, Ramona, and Christine.
