Steve Wilson, 54, of Sioux Falls, died Sunday, May 28, 2017, at his residence.
Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 3, 2017, at New Hope Church, 27365 472nd Ave Harrisburg, SD. 57032
Steve was born December 13, 1963, in Dell Rapids, SD, to Dean and Nona (Ervin) Wilson. He grew up on the family farm east of Montrose, SD, where he attended school and graduated from Montrose High School in 1981.
Steve loved spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He was also an avid gun collector.
Steve will be greatly missed by his four siblings, Shari Nordstrom, Rapid City, SD, Doug Wilson, Baltic, SD, Ken (Cheryl) Wilson, Sioux Falls, SD, Cindy (Aaron) Knudson, Sioux Falls, SD; 11 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Nona Wilson; and one niece, Stacy Wilson.
My deepest condolences to family and friends. Losing a loved one is never easy. However, the Bible offers us a wonderful hope in that we will see these precious ones again soon. John 5:28: “… all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out “. Psalm 37:29 “The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it“.
