Troy J. Boehrns, 40, Sioux Falls, went with his beloved Lord, Friday, October 9, 2015, at Sanford USD Medical Center, after a sudden health event.
Memorial Services will be 10:30am, Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at Heartland Funeral Home.
Troy Jason Boehrns was born May 12, 1975, in Sioux Falls, where he grew up. He attended Turning Point School and received his GED. He enjoyed traveling and went to New York, Disney World, and Branson, MO. Troy met Hillary and they welcomed their two daughters, Kady and Joesie, into their lives. His girls were his world and he loved them to the Moon and back. Troy loved to spread goodwill to everyone daily while inwardly dealing with his own health issues.
Troy was an avid sports fan; especially the Cubs and his Vikings. He would call or text his friends throughout the games. His fun loving and caring personality always shown through with an “I love you” at the end of each call. He packed a lifetime of experiences, both highs and lows, into his too short time with us, bestowing a plethora of memories to share forever.
Troy will be deeply missed by his two beautiful daughters, Kady Jane and Joesie Kay; father Fred Boehrns; mother, Karla (Tom) Nelsen; siblings, Rick (Cindy), Brian (Amy), Travis (Calleen), Veronica (Bill), Darolett (Don) and Chelsea; countless nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and best friend, Nathan T.; also looking forward to reuniting in Heaven are his church families of Trinity Baptist and First Baptist.
Preceding Troy in death was his children’s mother, Hillary; his mother, Ramona; and his grandparents.
