William will be so very deeply missed by his family and friends. Left to cherish his memory is his sister, Teresa Roberts, and brother, Buddy Roberts, Jr., both of Sioux Falls; William is also survived by sister, Barbara; brother, Rob, a special friend, and Aunt Marge, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Will and I talked 3 or so weeks ago and I had the opportunity to tell him how much I loved him and appreciated the role he played in my life. I made it known I was grateful and appreciated who he was. I have no idea why I brought this up but the timing couldn’t have been much better as I would come to learn. We spent countless hours playing Risk, he almost always won! We ran countless miles together always pushing one another to be faster, stronger, and “cooler” than the other. He insisted we become “blood brothers'” but would not cut his hand to seal the deal until I did! He and I drove Brian Baker crazy on the way to High School. Surprised he didn’t throw us both out! Will introduced me to countless people and experiences in life. For that and so much more I will be forever grateful.

Buddy , Teresa. I’m sorry to hear about Willie. When your dad was at the hospital he called and I met him for Lunch. He loved trucking, fast cars and his motorcycle. Becky Weier

Will spent many hours at my house during his teenage years. Later on he would drop by to visit and reminisce. I always enjoyed his stories, openness and honesty. R.I.P. Will!
